Conchas Chinas is known for its beautiful villas and condos on the south side of Puerto Vallarta. The area is quiet, yet close to the hustle and bustle of old town Puerto Vallarta. It is a short walk into town, or to the highway to take the bus either south to Mismaloya or north to town.
We rent our condo for $125 US per night between November and April, except over the Christmas holidays and Spring Break. Please contact us for our Christmas and Spring Break rates and our special rates between May and October.

Our condo is located on one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. We are on Conchas Chinas beach, just a 5 minute taxi ride from the old town, or a 20 minute walk along the beach.
