Welcome to our two bedroom, two bathroom, beachfront condo in Conchas Chinas, Puerto Vallarta.  Our condo is located about 5 minutes by taxi or bus south of the old town; or about a 20 minute walk along the beach.  The condo is 1367 sq. ft. and will accommodate two couples or a family.  It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, satellite TV  and a large terrace -- all the amenities for families or couples.   

The complex has a swimming pool, maid service and a resident caretaker.  There are only 24 units in the building;  one of the nicest and best maintained condominium buildings in Puerto Vallarta. 

Our location provides a quiet getaway (just the sound of the waves) on one of the best beaches in the area, yet  is close to all of the attractions of Puerto Vallarta.  A great location for day trips to Mismaloya or Yelapa.
